Essential Functions :
- Scrum Facilitation : Lead and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure teams adhere to Agile / Scrum practices and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Project Planning and Execution : Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product) to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on project goals.
- Issue Resolution : Identify, track, and remove impediments to help the team stay focused and productive.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain documentation on project status, updates, and lessons learned. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and ensure project information is accessible and up-to-date.
- Risk Management : Support the identification and mitigation of project risks to help ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement : Support the team in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices in Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
