Position Specific Description
The communications coordinator will assist in executing communication strategies and coordinating projects to enhance and protect the company’s reputation and foster employee engagement. This role involves creating compelling content and supporting internal and external communications initiatives, coordinating meetings, assisting with media relations processes, tracking metrics and executing administrative tasks to support the team. Those tasks will include ordering supplies, handling event coordination and supporting the M&C organization with other needs tasks.

- Executes and maintains assigned communication channels, which could include internal or external web channels, newsletters, collateral; assist in communication planning
- Assists with coordinating workshops, seminars, meetings, and other events, including scheduling of facilities and participants, materials preparation, speaker arrangements, follow up, etc.
- Supports coordination and maintenance of planning documents
- Creates slides and presentation materials
- Tracks projects and supports reporting for compliance with annual plan areas
- Adheres to established processes
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 3 years
- Bachelor's Degree
