- Coordinates discovery responses along with the handling attorney
- Drafts affirmative discovery and follows up on it at the request of the handling attorney
- Drafts and follows up on non-party subpoenas
- Directly assists in trial preparation and witness coordination
- Coordinates expert retention at the direction of the handling attorney
- Conducts research both legal and investigative
- Works within the trial team, which includes legal assistants and trial attorneys
Employees in this position are responsible for providing paralegal support to the company and for the attorneys within the law department.

- Drafts and edits legal documents based on edits and input from corporate attorneys
- Participates in special projects or activities related to the legal discipline being supported
- Performs legal and transaction related research
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 0 years
- Paralegal Certification
