Smile, you found us! This position is located at our Gulf Clean Energy Center in Ft Pensacola, Florida.
Under limited guidance, this position directs a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance. This position leads internal and external resources to execute maintenance work with direct accountability for safety, environment, quality, schedule, and cost. The individual in this position is expected to apply rigor, discipline, and focus in following standardized processes and procedures, while continuously applying a lean and quality improvement mindset to improve the process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of power plant equipment and be skilled in understanding and resolving technical issues, including for unplanned scope. The candidate in this position will work closely with other Supervisors and Contract Coordinators to develop and implement complex plans for execution of work scope.
Industrial experience within mechanical, electrical and/or I&C preferred. Apply now to make a difference!
