Position Specific Description
This position makes decisions and recommendations having significant impact on the indicators of the company. The individual in this position will have to communicate critical and controversial issues with high level management of the company. This role will be responsible for one or more programs of critical importance to overall company objectives.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
This position guides teams and manages vendors in the execution of agile initiatives and partners with IT Team to drive effective solution delivery.
Leadership skills, ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization, from craft personnel to the VP level. Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results. Able to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, and act as technical liaison to individuals and groups within and outside the company with the responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.
Preferred Qualifications
This job interprets, organizes, executes and coordinates assignments. Employees in the role plan and develop technical projects concerned with unique or controversial complexities which have important impact on major company programs. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection of areas for investigation, and development of novel concepts. Individuals in the role act as a technical liaison to individuals within and outside their organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to the individual's field. Employee's assignments are given in broad terms concerning general objectives and limitations.

- Develop analytical models to improve outage performance
This position guides teams and manages vendors in the execution of agile initiatives and partners with IT Team to drive effective solution delivery.
- Product Owner Responsibilities for CM Horizon
- Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company's goals
- Works with IT leaders to develop overall CM Horizon strategy in alignment with business strategy
- Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
- Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives
- Oversees CM Horizon budget properly to deliver in budget and on time.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

- Experience with IBM Maximo or similar asset management software, SAP, Excel PowerPivot, and Microsoft Business Intelligence

- Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams

- Provides full-time technical support to the operations and business unit personnel
- Performs system testing and documentation to critical systems during significant changes and/or upgrade
- Analyzes and identifies the root cause of - and implements comprehensive technical solutions to - complex application deficiencies and system issues
- Provides technical leadership in the functional specification, design and implementation of new (as well as enhancements to existing) security center applications and tools
- Develops new (and improves existing) processes with goal of increasing productivity, reducing risk of system failure, promoting efficiency in work flow, and meeting or exceeding the key operational performance targets
- Establishes, documents and maintains procedures and guidelines related to the day-to-day operational support provided to the operations and business unit personnel
