Position available:
Groundskeeper/Maintenance
The Grounds Keeper position ensures the quality appearance and upkeep of property buildings and grounds to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Clean common, amenity, and ground areas daily.
- Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
- Remove leaves from sidewalks and parking lots using a blower, swiping and cleaning entryways.
- Clean & sweep hallways
- Water plants, remove weeds from landscape
- Ensure timely and effective trash removal from all assigned areas daily.
- Clean dumpster area
- Care for, maintain and inventory all janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment owned by the property and the management company
- Report any known issues in the community
Requirements:
- Light electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Must be responsible, timely and courteous
