Front Desk Admin
Primary Job Duties
The Front Desk Admin serves as the community’s representative, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling documentation for leasing and sales. They ensure a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.
Essential Responsibilities :
Answer emails and phone calls promptly.
Prepare lease and sales documents according to property regulations.
Provide application instructions and process applications.
Collect security deposits and application fees.
Conduct background, credit, and eviction checks.
Process approvals and denials for applicants.
Maintain and update resident information.
Activate intercoms, gate remotes, and community access systems.
Schedule and manage resident move-ins and move-outs.
Process and return moving deposits when applicable.
Build rapport with current residents and provide personalized service.
Conduct community inspections and report maintenance needs.
Maintain office supplies inventory and report needs to management.
Organize and file relevant reports and paperwork.
Provide parking passes as needed.
Attend meetings as requested.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Organizational and time management skills
Experience in customer service or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Google Workspace
