Operations Manager
Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000
Primary Job Duties
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Community Association Managers and facilitating daily office operations. This role serves as a central point of contact for unit owners, board members, vendors, onsite staff, and corporate office personnel.
Essential Responsibilities :
Manage vendor operations and enhance the productivity of maintenance and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate with association vendors, track project progress, and ensure timely completion.
Generate and track work orders for common areas and authorized in-unit work.
Work closely with the customer service team.
Conduct inspections of units, common areas, parking lots, and pool areas.
Manage inventory of equipment and tools for maintenance and housekeeping staff.
Analyze data and prepare reports.
Oversee quality control for pool services, landscaping, and lake services.
Provide support for human resources needs.
Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Strong foundation in management, leadership, and problem-solving
Active CAM license - MUST HAVE
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce reports, assign tasks, and manage vendor contracts
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing office needs
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions
Leadership skills to manage challenges and oversee employees
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
