Job Title: Office Assistant / Data Entry


Location: Volusia County, FL (In-office position)

Salary: $31,200.00 - $35,360.00 per year (based on education, qualifications, and experience)


About Us: We are a dynamic management company located in Volusia County. Our office is closed to the public, ensuring a focused work environment. All interviews will be conducted virtually via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.

Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, fun, and organized professional to join our team. This role involves handling data entry, scanning, and phone calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications is essential. This is an immediate hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and preparation of residential data for prospective tenants.
  • Developing marketing plans for specific properties.
  • Scheduling maintenance requests.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Performing various office-based and clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree with 1 year of office and data entry experience, or 3 years of clerical work, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-intensity tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
