Established Real Estate Brokerage seeks a very outgoing and organized personality to serve as our Real Estate Sales Administrator in our Sales Department at our Corporate Office in Orlando.
Join our successful, fast-paced team and work directly with our Broker and Sales Director acting as a liaison between the office and its sales agents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to compose professional responses to both email and telephone inquiries
- Must have professional appearance
- Must be able to interact with a diverse group of real estate agents
- Candidates should be able to multitask and be a team player
Experience:
- MLS knowledge preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years administrative assistant, customer service or office experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Ability to communicate clearly: both written and verbal
- Familiar with Email, MS Office programs
- Basic bookkeeping, math, spelling & grammar skills
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
