Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant that loves to work with patients and will travel to our Tampa Bay Clinics.
The purpose of the Medical Assistant is to assist the practitioners with delivering excellent patient care.

Job Duties

• Rooms patients, including obtaining vitals, performing phlebotomy, administering injections, and documenting details of interactions with patients in a timely manner
• Prepares exam rooms for and assists practitioners with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Maintains appropriate hand hygiene, adheres to standards related to patient safety, applies universal precautions, and determines appropriate PPE
• Obtain orders from and reports observations and findings to practitioners
• Cleans and sterilizes equipment and rooms, and uses medical equipment appropriately
• Labels specimens correctly (including location, patient, date, time, etc.)
• Perform non-invasive procedures for sexual health

Experience:

• Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Medical Assistant certification (e.g. CCMA, RMA, CMA) (Required)

Work Location: Multiple locations. Must be able to travel between our Tampa Bay clinics. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK M -F from 8:30 AM - 5PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : $19 - $21
