Description
We are seeking an experienced, professional Patient Care Coordinator that loves to work with patients. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferred in the field of science. This includes, but is not limited to, health sciences, exercise sciences, nutrition, etc.
Your role is to work with current patients to proficiently and successfully manage their treatment plans as prepared by the providers and create solutions for their needs. Primarily responsible for acting as the liaison between provider and patient and having open lines of communication to both parties to provide the best patient care. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to develop a patient relationship. Work consists on the phone, email, text, and face to face.
Must be able to travel between clinic locations as requested for training. Must also be willing to work varied hours between 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM as needed. Please check out our website at https://agerejuvenation.com/ to see services provided.
Must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and provide references.
Patient Care Coordinator Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred in the field of science. This includes, but is not limited to, health sciences, exercise sciences, nutrition, etc.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral - experience with face to face patient interaction is preferred.
- Must possess an ability to work independently as well as with a team to accomplish goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a high stress environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Able to demonstrate experience and prove ability to learn medical terminology.
General Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
