Marketing Ambassador

As we roll into the beginning of the season, we are gearing up for our busiest time of the year. We need ambassadors to join our current team now so we can prepare for the upcoming opportunities! We are a marketing company that invites individuals from major local Orlando events to view our new properties. Guests have the option to receive local and out of country vacations for taking a golf cart tour of our properties. They can also enjoy free tickets to an Orlando Magic game, local helicopter tours, concert tickets, and more! Responsibilities:
- Collect data and feedback from customers to help improve our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Market our products at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to generate interest in our brand
- Help destigmatize misconceptions about our industry through education and engagement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in event marketing strategies and techniques
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with a wider range of customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
