Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QB payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate building management tasks, such as maintenance schedules and vendor contracts.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with financial reporting.
- Provide IT support, including troubleshooting and maintaining office technology.
- Manage properties of practice locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in managing an ophthalmology clinic (2 years preferably).
- Proven experience in payroll, HR, building management, bookkeeping, and IT.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel & QuickBooks software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
