Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Engage in business development activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably but not needed.
- Strong background in account management with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
