We are hiring for:

Lawn and Ornamental Technician

-Treat grass and plants around landscapes

Pest Control and Termite Technician

-Treat for insects/rodents/termites on residential and commercial properties

Irrigation Technician

-Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems. Irrigation is one of the most important aspects of a healthy landscape.

Experience is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to physically perform the tasks applying for, good with people, able to work outside in hot/cold weather, have the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have a desire to succeed. Good driving record (less than 3 points and no at fault accidents in last 3 yrs. and must have had license for a minimum of 2 full years) and reliable transportation (doesn't cause you to miss work) is a must.

Pay will be offered according to level of experience. Starting pay is $650 with no experience, during the training period. Once trained, you control your own paycheck. Commissions start at 17% depending on services and experience. New people with the right attitude and good work ethic generally get their first raise within 3 - 6 weeks but it can be sooner. Our pay system is designed to reward the hard-workers and not just pay average employees exceptionally. Your pay will reflect your level of input.

• Maintaining the highest level of personal integrity at all times
• Providing top notch customer service
• Treating at and around customers' homes, properties, and/or businesses.
• Inspecting, reporting, and treating all issues found
• Maintaining treatment records and recommendations.
• Communicating with fellow workers and customers via phone calls and texts. Making sure your internal and external customers have the information necessary to succeed.
• Safely and professionally driving to and from our office and customers properties in a company vehicle. We are held to a higher standard than the public because we are commercial drivers.
• Sticking to a schedule and understanding how/where to adjust as needed
