Responsibilities:
- Conduct face to face sales calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and effectively presenting their benefits.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the specified timeframes.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, competitive landscape, and target market to effectively address customer needs and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final purchase.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
