Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who will play a key role in communication and forward thinking to ensure the further success of our warehouse operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
• Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers
• Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store, and deliver materials, supplies, or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned
• Route, schedule, pack, and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required.
• Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; ensure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance
• Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; as required
• Supervision of warehouse and staff (Work schedules and OT Approval)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Proficient in OSHA standards & ensures compliance.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of company staff.
• Oversee receiving, handling, storing & evaluating product deliveries for quality.
• Detail-oriented in tracking inventory accuracy and coordinating orders and shipping.
• Highly organized & efficient with the ability to problem solve and prioritize.

• Basic computer competency is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year a generous bonus structure
