As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you’ll receive top-tier training and support from our dedicated sales and customer service team. You’ll work closely with our sales and customer service leaders, overseeing an assigned district, implementing powerful sales strategies, and gathering pivotal data on a daily basis. Responsibilities of a Telecommunications Sales Representative:
- Directly connect with customers, using your expert product knowledge to guide and assist them with their unique needs.
- Execute in-depth market research to identify new customers and foster existing relationships, driving the growth of our sales pipeline.
- Articulate the unique benefits of our products and services in a way that resonates with each customer’s specific needs.
- Overcome customer objections during the sales process by delivering clear, insightful, and solution-driven responses to ensure satisfaction.
- Furnish prompt, effective, and courteous responses to all account inquiries, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Engage in continuous sales training alongside colleagues and senior management to perpetually refine and enhance your product knowledge and expertise.
