This individual will be responsible for managing the intake process to ensure the smooth transition of residents from various sources, including home settings and healthcare facilities. The Marketing Director will also be instrumental in boosting the facility's visibility and ensuring the achievement of census and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Building Referral Relationships:
Actively foster relationships with hospitals, clinics, social workers, and case managers to increase referral volume.
Conduct daily visits to hospital facilities (when permissible) to engage with healthcare professionals and raise awareness of the facility’s services.

Coordinating Admissions:
Oversee the coordination and collection of all required documentation for prospective residents, ensuring proper intake of clinical, demographic, and insurance information.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the facility and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions for patients from hospitals or other care settings.

Social Media and Marketing Strategy:
Lead and supervise the marketing team to manage the facility’s social media presence, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and in line with the organization’s goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and increase brand visibility within the community.

Provide in-service programs and training sessions for physicians, hospital staff, community groups, and potential referral sources to inform them about sub-acute care services and other facility offerings.
