Position Summary:
The RN/LPN Supervisor oversees clinical staff and operations ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, adherence to regulations, and a cohesive team environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies.
• Address and resolve concerns from patients and families.
• Conduct routine patient rounds to ensure care and safety standards are met.
• Evaluate and adjust staffing levels to maintain optimal coverage.
Requirements:
• Valid and current RN or LPN license.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
