Job Summary
This position provides residential screening and parent education for youth and/or families who have requested our services. The ideal candidate will work cooperatively with staff as a field liaison between parents of placed youth and our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage community partners such as Sheriff Offices, schools, churches, job fairs, shelters, and other community resources to share our mission and seek out disadvantaged students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with these community partners to ensure effective collaboration and resource sharing.
- Recruit, orient, supervise, and evaluate Family Engagement Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about working with youth and families. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work or a related field and experience working with children and families in need.
