About the Role
This position is responsible for performing involved clerical and technical work in the Human Resources Department at Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, review, process, and enter various personnel data, including benefits enrollments, terminations, family status changes, and workers' compensation claims.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Process monthly billings, reviewing for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies with vendors.
- Serve as liaison with various departments, vendors, and employees, assisting with completion of forms and resolving concerns.
- Prepare and ensure that all internal and external correspondence and communications are completed within established time frames.

- Explain post-service benefit options to terminating employees and answer questions.
