## Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to all FLASCO members, partners, and other stakeholders while maintaining appropriate level of confidentiality
- Be a team player and partner with co-workers to meet the continually changing needs of FLASCO and its members.
- Comprehensively support the Executive Director and Senior Executive
- On behalf of the Executive Director manage daily calendar and travel including heavy scheduling of meetings, speaking engagements, and conference calls in coordination with internal staff, FLASCO members, and external constituents
- Provide continuity in the Executive Director’s absence.
- Regularly exercise independent judgment in managing projects in an organized and timely manner as assigned
- Build strong relationships with individuals in the organization
- Manage Vendors and general office logistics management
- Develop relationships with vendors to ensure top quality service and negotiate with service providers to drive down expenses.
- Manage all IT related items (server updates, company emails, computer/printer issues, etc.), working closely with a third-party network company.
- Bookkeeping with QuickBooks: accounts payable, bookkeeping, and data entry tasks
- Performing Bank Account and Credit Card Reconciliations
- In person and virtual and event coordination with multiple stakeholders and details required for each event.
- Coordinate activities (operations and planning) for multiple projects at a time.
- Use your writing skills to provide professional business documents, final proofread copies ready for signature, including meeting minutes, summaries, and proposals
- Assist with coordination of educational events including managing registration, interacting with attendees, and set up and tear down for meetings.
- Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
## Skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite software is required.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher will be used extensively and in-depth
- Ability to perform complex data entry tasks
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Ability to maintain complex filing system
- Associate degree or relevant work experience required
- 1 - 3 years of QuickBooks Online experience
- Minimum of 3 years in an advanced administrative role
- Ability to travel and work on some weekends. (advance notice provided)
- Highly efficient in time management.
- Ability to follow through and fulfill commitments
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to address issues immediately without procrastination
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
