Lead Solar Electric Installer

$80,000 Base Pay with Opportunity for $100K with Bonus/Incentives

Experienced Lead Solar Electric Installer: We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to fill a key role in a successfully established solar contracting company. This position is for EXPERIENCED solar electric installers who have demonstrated the ability to lead a team installing products, including solar panels, battery backup systems, and electrical components associated with solar energy installations. A  focus on quality work is critical.

Experience with Enphase and/or Tesla Powerwall systems is required.

This position will include management, leadership, and installation duties. The successful applicant must be a leader and a doer. This is a field position, leading and working alongside an established installation team. We are looking for someone who can replace the daily field duties of a co-owner and licensed contractor, so there are big shoes to fill. We require the following:

• Must be absolutely reliable and willing to go beyond the call of duty for customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM with occasional/rare work outside these hours.
• Must be able to safely work on rooftops, in attics, and climb ladders.
• Must have electrical experience with battery backup systems for homes.
• Ability to work extended hours in heat and sun.
• Well rounded construction experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Focus on productivity while maintaining top-quality work.
• Good character, trustworthy.
• Florida Driver’s License with good driving record.

Helpful Qualifications:

• Enphase University Certifications, experience with Enphase systems.
• Tesla Powerwall Training and Experience.
• Servicing existing systems including Enphase, Solar Edge, Tesla, and others.
