Due to our solution-oriented thinking and client growth, we are immediately hiring an Entry Level Customer Associate.
The Entry Level Customer Associate will focus on customer acquisition and customer retention. They will assist with organizing our sales team and report to the Executive Account Management team for additional support. You will receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales tactics, brand management strategies, and territory management. We provide all the essential tools to succeed professionally through compliance standards meetings, hands-on coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for career development. The ideal Entry Level Account Associate will have exceptional communication skills, eagerness to exceed expectations, and a drive to help others.
The Entry Level Customer Associate Position Responsibilities:
- Creating a monumental customer experience
- Customizing sales presentations to suit the customer's needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services
- Meeting goals individually and with the Entry Level Customer Associate team
- Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients and active listening to their needs
- Tracking sales activities and overall team performance to report results to the Executive Management team
- Develop and deliver informative presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize market share
- Participate in continuous training to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process
Entry Level Customer Associate Qualifications:
- Prior background in retail, customer service, sales, marketing, or leadership is preferred
- Above-average negotiation, consultation, and persuasion skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively communicating and disclosing crucial information
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Dedication to providing an excellent experience for all customers through a warm, curious, and friendly demeanor
- Must be able to commute to the office in Clearwater, FL

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
