QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Two plus years of work experience in a physician practice/hospital
* Experience in checking out patients
* Strong understanding of insurance benefits and the different plans
* Knowledge of practice management and electronic health records software
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
* Must type at least 50 wpm
* Familiarity with doctor schedules
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
* Professional image (dress, manner, tone, attitude)
* Positive and confident image
* Excellent customer service skills required
* Strong computer skills required
* Bilingual is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
