Key Responsibilities
Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with volunteers, especially in a festival or event setting, highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Duties are performed both in an office setting and outside on the fairgrounds. There is occasional exposure to environmental demands including wet, humid, hot or cold weather. Must have ability to stand, sit, hear, use hands, walk, talk and reach with hands and arms. Occasional need to stoop, kneel, crawl and crouch, climb or balance and lift or move more than 20 pounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Assists coordinator in daily support of volunteers throughout the fair. This includes helping volunteers understand their roles, ensuring they have required supplies and providing breaks as needed.
- Assists with communication with departments that use volunteers.
- Assists Coordinator in ensuring volunteer program adheres to all FSFA safety, security and policy standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with volunteers, especially in a festival or event setting, highly preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work cooperatively with various groups throughout the fairgrounds
- Good written and verbal communication skills
