Maximize Sales and Profit Growth in Assigned Territory
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and profit expansion within an assigned territory, while maintaining operation costs within budget.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and new business development.
The successful candidate will:
- Work from a home office and travel throughout the region to maximize sales
- Sale manage entire Region - customers and Sales Team to achieve sales and product mix Budgets
- Develop and execute Business Plans for each customer to achieve distributor's sales budget
- Establish and maintain a distribution network for Panariagroup, USA/Florida Tile products in the territory
- Target, call on, and develop relationships with distributors
- Makes every effort to meet and exceed sales budgets
- Introduce and successfully initiate company programs and new product introductions
- Assess competitors, their product lines and strategies
- Compile a library of their product catalogs, spec sheets, etc., and keep informed of their activity
The successful candidate will also have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- At least three years of direct sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred; education may be substituted with 8 years related experience
- Computer literacy including Microsoft office
- Ability to achieve company goals with little supervision
- Business to business sales knowledge and techniques
- Overall analysis of the total and individual markets in order to set goals, plan and execute market research, forecasting sales, and establishing new markets
- Ability to travel throughout the specified territory
- Development, planning and the execution of yearly business plan
