SUMMARY: The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for daily cash applications, bank reconciliations and bank & treasury-related accounts maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for daily cash applications from branches and distributors.
- Responsible for outgoing payments (i.e. checks, ACH, wire, etc.)
- Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and Kyriba reconciliations
- Mapping transactions in the treasury system
- Assisting daily treasury functions.
- Clear statistical accounts and monitor treasury-related general ledger accounts in SAP
- Assisting credit dpt. with customer accounts.
- Provide support for branch employees on cash applications.
- Assist with internal and external audits relating to banking and accounts receivable.
- Supporting & supervising AR-AP treasury-related functions in posting and clearing payments
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one-year experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- Proficient in, Excel, and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact well in a team environment.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or preferred.
- Knowledge of treasury software; expertise a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly
