The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and bringing in new clients, building lasting relationships, and promoting our title and closing services. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Florida Title Center's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct presentations to showcase Florida Title Center’s services.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community activities to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery for new clients.
- Maintain a detailed record of outreach efforts, client feedback, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the real estate, title, or mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and title services is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
