Summary
As a Business Development Representative at Florida Title and Guarantee Agency, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding title and closing services. Canidates for this position will be required to have a small book of existing business (7-10 transactions monthly). This position is perfect for someone with an existing book who is looking for a high functioning back-office processing support team to allow them to focus on growing their sphere and book of business.
**Position can be based out of the following areas: Gainesville, Ocala, Orlando, Sarasota, Venice, Ft. Myers, Naples, Miami/Coral Gables, Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Port St. Lucie or Melbourne **
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize technical sales skills to present our services convincingly to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or title industry.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent customer service abilities to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are essential.
- A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving business growth.
