Job Summary
We seek an experienced professional to lead our case management team, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of unit programming within an integrative treatment design framework. This includes ensuring compliance with youth and sponsor assessment practices, promoting positive adjustment of youth to the program, and coordinating case management services for safe and timely release of Unaccompanied Children. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction and coordination of case management services
- Ensure compliance with youth and sponsor assessment practices
- Collaborate with Unit Supervisor, Case Managers, and Clinical staff to develop, implement, and maintain unit programming
- Coordinate case management services for safe and timely release of Unaccompanied Children
- Develop and deliver training for Case Managers on agency, state, and federal policy updates and changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services field
- Three years of progressive employment experience demonstrating supervisory and case management skills
- Master's degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong working relationships with families, colleagues, consultants, and community agencies
