Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general operations of case management services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including youth and sponsor assessment practices
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure the safety and confidentiality of youth
- Provide training to case managers on responsibilities, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to youth
