The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of progressive experience in case management or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide general oversight and coordination of case management services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including youth and sponsor assessment practices
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure the safety and confidentiality of youth
- Provide training to case managers on responsibilities, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to youth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services field
- At least three years of progressive employment experience in case management or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
