Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the general oversight and coordination of case management services, ensuring direct oversight of the case management team. Collaboration with Unit Supervisor, Case Managers, and Clinical staff is crucial for developing, implementing, and maintaining unit programming within integrative treatment design. Ensuring compliance with youth and sponsor assessment practices, promoting positive adjustment of youth to the program, and coordinating case management services for safe and timely release of Unaccompanied Children are key responsibilities. This role requires flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, and involves providing training for Case Managers on agency, state, and federal policy updates and changes.

- Ensure compliance with youth and sponsor assessment practices

- Coordinate case management services for safe and timely release of Unaccompanied Children
- Develop and deliver training for Case Managers on agency, state, and federal policy updates and changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services field
- Three years of progressive employment experience demonstrating supervisory and case management skills
- Master's degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong working relationships with families, colleagues, consultants, and community agencies
