Job Duties and Responsibilities:
EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT:
- Manage, train, and motivate route sales, counter, warehouse & delivery personnel
- Manage department/staff training
- Manage team reviews and staff development
- Schedule and oversee product training for employees and Customers
- Oversee estimating and quoting
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee purchasing functions
- Review and follow up on delinquent orders
- Oversee and manage warehouse and parts showroom
- Manage EOY inventory and audits
SALES MANAGEMENT:
- Promote & build customer base
- Oversee and manage profitable parts routes
- Set department sales and profit goals
- Maximize profit margins
- Manage & oversee department expenses
- Develop and leverage relationships with key Customers
- Develop and maintain Vendor relationships
- Share samples of new product(s) with our customer base, selling the features and benefits
- Create impactful action plans and develop strategies to close sales gaps
- Accurate and timely completion of sales data and reports
- Manage customer relationships
- Oversee store planning & merchandising
- Report data on sales volume, seasonal profits, and sales revenue
DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT:
- Identify departmental procedure & process improvements
- Assist managing building maintenance
- Work with other department managers
- Effectively manage executing on projects and standards at store level
- Accurate and timely completion of reporting and paperwork
- Maintain department files
Qualifications:
- Previous parts experience required
- Previous management experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Employee management skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Proficient with technology and computer use
- Ability to walk, sit, stand
Driving Requirements:
- Driving is a duty of this job
- Driver's License (Required)
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred, but not Required)
Experience:
- Previous experience in Heavy Duty Truck Parts - required
- Experience managing people - required

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
