FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. Our CSR"s works as "Airtraffic Control" they are an integral part of the hospital team. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community. FVRC delivers excellent customer care as well as superior patient care. This is a fast paced, position that requies experience in Vet Med. No overnight CSR Shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays, evenings until 10p or 12a and weekends.

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.
- Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital
- First eyes on patients and point initial point of contact for owners
- Manage a high call volume and multi-phone line system
- Process payments, refunds and cash handling
- Appropriately record information and maintain medical records
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy
Working individually and as a team; have a real desire to create a caring and supportive experience for the owner and their pet
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service and Vet Med skills
- Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail
- An ability to engage in active problem solving vs problem identification.
Have a strong desire to gain a working knowledge of the state of the art emergency and specialty services we deliver to our community
Qualifications:
- , a traditional ER and/or a large high-volume day practice
- Organized and comfortable with new technologies
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- EzyVet/Smartflow experience a plus
