Now, we need driven lead generators to provide qualified appointments to our sales team. Starting with a single van, you'll have the opportunity to recruit, train, and scale your own team from Miami-Dade to Flagler County!

Your responsibilities include:
- Source, hire, and onboard a group of dedicated canvassers, creating a team culture focused on performance and professionalism
- Start with one team and scale up, with opportunities to launch canvassing teams in major cities across Florida's East Coast from Miami to Daytona
- Equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed through hands-on training, continuous coaching, and skill development
- Go door-to-door to introduce Florida Window and Door's offers to potential customers
- Get information, such as contact details, from homeowners for an appointment to be set
- Manage day-to-day operations while motivating your team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Develop and refine canvassing strategies while tracking key performance metrics to optimize productivity and lead generation
- Keeping up fleet maintenance
- Proven experience in managing canvassing or field marketing
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and develop team members into top performers
- Entrepenurial mindset with the vision and drive to scale operations across multiple markets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High energy, adaptability, and a relentless focus on achieving goals
