Are you energetic, outgoing, and motivated? We are seeking Field Representatives to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals with experience in Canvassing, Bartending, Customer Service, Real Estate Sales, Waitressing, Retail, or people who enjoy face-to-face interactions and want to control their earning potential.
As a Field Canvasser, you will be at the forefront, engaging directly with homeowners to schedule appointments for our sales team to present our products and services.

What You Will Do:
- Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce our improvement services.
- Identify, qualify, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Build rapport, answer questions, and provide excellent customer interactions.
- Accurately record customer information and market data.
- Attend team meetings to share insights, and refine strategies.
- Work independently while representing Florida Window and Door at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
