We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager that will play a key role in ensuring the success and stability of our warehouse operations.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment, paperwork, supplies, and material.
- Maintenance of inventory.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of warehouse employees.
- Assign workloads to warehouse workers.
- Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store, and deliver materials, textbooks, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.
- Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
- Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse material; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
- Report to vendor/mfg. damage and missing products in a timely matter.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.
- Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors, and control key screens as required.
- Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required.
- Facility maintenance, including cleaning & general supply restocking.
- Complete paperwork for mfg. warranty claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Proficient in OSHA standards & ensures compliance.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of company staff.
- Oversee receiving, handling, storing & evaluating product deliveries for quality.
- Detail oriented in tracking inventory accuracy and coordinating orders and shipping.
- Highly organized & efficient with the ability to problem solve and prioritize.
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
- Basic computer competency is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
