We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced window and door service technician who can independently troubleshoot service concerns and initiate repair. Likewise, this position offers the career path to become a Quality Control personnel for the territory. Those who apply should have exceptional in-home customer service skills and the ability to present the company well.
Service Technician Responsibilities
- Perform initial inspection and repair any identified issues while on-site; or implement a solution plan if needed.
- Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Check and update field automation systems and databases.
- Adhere to company procedures and protocols.
- Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed.
- MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows and doors.
- Maintains the highest level of customer service and professional attitude.
- Detail oriented.
- Quality and precision focused.
- Dependable and hardworking.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
