About Us:
1st Impressions Heating & Air Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all necessary permits and regulatory approvals are obtained and maintained for our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating the permitting process for construction and development projects.

Review and submit permit applications to local and state agencies.

Track permit status, renewals, and compliance deadlines.

Communicate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure permit requirements are met.

Maintain records and documentation for all permits.

Resolve any issues related to permit applications and approvals.

Ensure that projects comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.

Previous experience in permit coordination, construction, or a similar field preferred.

Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
