Why Flourish?
Flourish LLC is a new behavioral health practice located in Connecticut. The practice will focus on serving members of the community that have certain barriers to accessing quality mental health services due to cost, location, or stigma associated with mental health treatment. Flourish will provide a full staff of licensed counselors, social workers, and psychiatrists to offer as many high-quality services as possible to help our clients cope and improve their mental well-being. Flourish will be a leading provider of integrated behavioral health care for children, families and adults, promising to foster improvement in the quality of life for every person who comes through our doors.
To reduce the access to care barriers, Flourish LLC will provide services both in person and through telehealth technology. This will allow all access to high quality behavioral health care regardless of where they are in the state of Connecticut.
Summary:We are seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our collaborative team. You’ll provide outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a supportive environment. If you’re passionate about making a difference in mental health, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments, individual therapy and/or group therapy.
- Develop achievable goals with client with measurable and behavioral objectives within designated timeframes.
- Monitor treatment progress and provide updates within identified timeframes as necessary.
- Provide referrals and linkage to community and internal resources as necessary to address client need.
- Secure reimbursement by providing accurate documentation and submitting progress notes in a timely manner.
- Complete documentation within designated timeframes as established by CMHA and external regulatory agencies.
Compensation:
- Fee for Service (1099)
- Income is based on 60/40 split based on service provided and individual payor rates
- Guaranteed rates - paid ahead of collections
Requirements:
- Obtains an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT for practice in Connecticut
- At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Family and Trauma-informed care approaches (although not exclusively).
- EPIC (EMR) experience strongly preferred or willingness to attend EPIC training.
- Can commute to Middlebury, CT as needed for in-person sessions
- Professional liability insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance – reimbursed annually by Flourish
- Minimum of 20 hours per month
