Job Description: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Broker and agents, including:

  • Maintaining daily operations of the office.
  • Handling confidential information.
  • Coordinating showings and feedback.
  • Preparing and reviewing documents.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of administrative assistance experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
