Position Summary :
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing a variety of in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Personal Care : Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Homemaking : Provide light housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linens, and meal preparation.
- Companionship : Provide companionship and social interaction, such as engaging in conversation, playing games, and assisting with hobbies.
- Respite Care : Provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
- Observe and report : Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment : Ensure the client's home is safe and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
