We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to our clients in Polk and Hillsborough Counties, FL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized care plans according to Oasis guidelines
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
- Educate clients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Adhere to all safety and ethical guidelines while delivering high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports.
