Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and experience building, troubleshooting, and optimizing mobile-responsive email templates.
Good understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and adjust campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be local to Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
