We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with dental sales experience to join our team and help bring Fiona to dental practices nationwide.

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads, identifying dental practices that can benefit from Fiona's AI receptionist.
- Conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, generating interest and scheduling product demos.
- Building relationships with dentists, office managers, and decision-makers in the dental industry.
- Driving your own pipeline, experimenting with outreach strategies, and iterating based on what works.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and conversion rates.
- Managing CRM (HubSpot experience a plus), tracking outreach efforts, and maintaining an organized pipeline.
- Occasional travel to attend dental trade shows, conferences, or on-site meetings to build relationships and close deals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Dental sales experience and a deep understanding of the decision-making process in the dental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with CRM software and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A strong network of contacts in the dental industry, with existing relationships being a plus.
