As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with dental sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires a self-starter with grit, resilience, and the ability to take ownership of their success. If you have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt and execute in an evolving startup setting, this is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage with dental practices that can benefit from Fiona’s AI receptionist.
  • Conduct Outreach – Make outbound calls, send emails, and leverage LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule product demos.
  • Build Relationships – Develop rapport with dentists, office managers, and decision-makers in the dental industry.
  • Take Ownership & Be Proactive – Drive your own pipeline, experiment with outreach strategies, and iterate based on what works.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and conversion rates.
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot Experience a Plus) – Track outreach efforts, manage follow-ups, and maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Occasional Travel – Attend dental trade shows, conferences, or on-site meetings as needed to build relationships and close deals.

Dental Sales Experience – You have experience selling to dental offices and understand the decision-making process in this space.

Grit & Hustle – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and are persistent in following up with leads.

Strong Communication Skills – You’re confident on the phone, compelling over email, and persuasive in conversations.

CRM & Tech-Savvy – Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus.

Existing Dental Relationships a Plus – Having an existing network in the dental industry will give you a strong advantage.

Comfortable with Remote Work – You can manage your own schedule, stay organized, and hit your sales goals from anywhere.
